CCBL® Jet integration with classic ABB
The
package includes:
• blending module CCBL® Jet;
• gear pump with motor 20 or 30 m3/h;
• control equipment;
• software for control process of production.
The advantages of CCBL® Jet using for revamping purposes contains all features listed above for CCBL® technology. Below you can find estimated calculations, showing how CCBL® technology improve production capacity of the old blender after installation of the CCBL® Jet (Table 1.)
Modernization
on base of CCBL® Jet provides cost cutting by
reduction of energy consumption during the blending. Calculation of savings in
case of usage steam for heating listed in Table 2.
