The configuration of Customer’s production areas, including dedicated process tanks, inspired us to develop a tailored layout for the CCBL® integra system. This approach enabled the new equipment to be installed while preserving the existing organization and usability of the production floor. The CCBL® integra system delivers several important advantages:

1.   Enables installation support by the customer’s maintenance team under the supervision of our specialists.

2.  Shortens installation and commissioning time through a simplified setup:

·  Only four floor anchoring points are required.

·  Flexible hose connections eliminate the need for vibration compensators.

3.   Minimizes disruption to surrounding equipment and operating lines during installation.

In a single-unit configuration, the automation cabinet may be installed on the shorter wall of the enclosure or positioned separately in the most suitable location. In addition, the enclosure can be fitted with sound-absorbing panels to further improve the operating environment.

For higher production requirements, we offer multi-unit installations managed by a single PLC. One PLC can control up to eight blending units, while operators manage the system through an intuitive touchscreen interface. The vertical version of the CCBL® integra can be installed adjacent to a process tank, forming a compact and highly efficient installation module. This solution is suitable for both new projects and retrofit applications. The enclosure houses the pump, piping, valves, and CCBL® Jet. Presented module dimensions (H × L × W) are 2170 × 1000 × 1600 mm.
