Algorithm of production

Filling and pre-mix. Step 1

Base oils and additives are automatically loaded into the blending tank according to the recipe parameters and production volume selected by the operator. Once the tank reaches approximately 30% of the target batch volume, the CCBL® BACS control software automatically initiates the pre-mixing phase.

During this stage, the system operates in a dedicated process mode specifically designed to ensure gentle and efficient homogenization of the raw materials. The pre-mixing process continues throughout the filling operation until the tank reaches 100% of the planned batch volume, ensuring optimal consistency and preparation for the final blending stage.

CCBL® “COLD” Blending. Step 2

Once the blending tank is filled to 100% of the programmed batch volume, the CCBL®BACS control system automatically initiates the main blending phase. During this stage, the process utilizes a fully controlled cavitation phenomenon as the primary mixing mechanism, ensuring intensive and highly efficient homogenization of the formulation components.

For optimal process performance, the recommended average temperature of the raw materials should not be lower than +20°C prior to blending.

Based on the selected formulation and the incoming feed temperature, the CCBL® BACS software automatically calculates and adjusts the blending time and all key process parameters required to achieve maximum homogenization and the highest possible quality of the finished product.

Unloading the tank. Step 3

Upon completion of the main blending phase, the finished product undergoes laboratory quality control testing to verify compliance with the required specifications and formulation parameters.

Following a positive laboratory approval, the product is transferred directly to the packaging line without any additional waiting time for cooling. This streamlined process significantly reduces production lead times and enhances overall operational efficiency.

Rinsing. Step 4

After the blending process the CCBL® ABB tank may be cleaned by virgin base as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

Table 4 shows how replacement of classic blender by CCBL® ABM can be efficient in terms of quantity of  10 m³ units for 20,000 MT production plan – 3 units of CCBL® ABM can do the same job instead of 7 units of classic blender.
